Sailing Towards My Dreams….
My name is James.

My Father was the biggest believer in going to school, getting good grades, landing a good job, and working your way up. He wanted me to work at Xerox or Starbucks because they had good training and good advancements. I graduated college and became a Self-Employed type of person (“S” quadrant person in the cash flow quadrant). I was working for my self, owning my own nightclub. Then, I opened a restaurant. But, I worked over 60 hours a week and if I were sick or away for a few days, the place fell apart. I worked so hard to pay the bills of the business, THEN pay my own bills. I got burned out after 3 years and moved to CA.

I started working in real estate 3 1/2 years ago. I have been at 6 different companies before NewKey. I had horrible brokers, no support, no training, and no personal development. It was a rollercoaster consisting of a good month, a bad month, a good month, and then another bad month, etc.

Then, I discovered NewKey. My coach Angie taught me about passive income. How she did what I wanted to do just by following the NewKey system. Before she came to NewKey she had bought real estate properties and owned 5. But after all the hard work and stress, they were only producing about $1000 a month in positive cash flow. Wow, I was trying to do the same thing; own real estate rentals and I then realized, THAT was the 20th century way of creating wealth. There is a 21st century way of creating wealth called virtual franchising, this is the NewKey Fortune System.

I am learning how to build a big business. Making the shift from an S Quadrant to a “B.” I told myself about 30 days ago that if Angie can, then I can. I am teachable, I want to learn, I can work hard, I can help others!

NewKey provides me with all the tools I need. I am on a winning team. People want me to produce, build a team and make money. They want me to be rich. Not like my old brokers.

My future looks so bright. In the middle of April 2007, I had already closed $2,800,000 in volume! My commissions for April are already over $28,000! And I am most excited about my Royalty checks that I will be receiving.

It is so incredible how NewKey has even changed my health. I am training for a marathon right now and I am in the best shape I have ever been.

I look forward to retiring my father. He is struggling. I want to teach him about passive income and I have to set the example. I want to prove him wrong. Right now he can’t retire. He is broke and working as a used car salesman. He hates it. I hate it.

I am also helping my brother get into the real estate business. He has always wanted to learn, but I have never had time or the extra money to support him during the first few months as he learns the business.

My passion is to travel & sail all over the world. I want to have time. I don’t want to worry about the next deal, or my next paycheck. I want to take some time off and know that when I come back from sailing in the Virgin Islands or the Mediterranean, I will have a residual check in the mail. That’s what makes our NewKey virtual business so incredible.
